We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling. No shows and/or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, will result in an automatic forfeit of your deposit and a 20% cancellation fee. Rescheduling will only be permitted once per appointment without loss of deposit. Any requests to reschedule again will be considered a cancellation and a new appointment/deposit will be required. No shows/no call will be banned from booking future appointments. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please keep in mind that arriving late will affect the time available for your service, as well as, time held for clients scheduled after you. Arriving any later than the allotted grace period will result in a $15 fee or the cancellation of your appointment and automatic forfeit of your deposit. TO NOTE: • A confirmation email will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment with exact location details, instructions, and forms/waivers. Please complete all necessary documentation in advance. • Your final payment will be due upon completion of your appointment. Payments are accepted via Cash or Zelle.
